SeeView, is MVSS developed SNMP management and control software for the discovery and management of network assets. SeeView can explore and attach all hardware in a network providing visibility and control of devices from a central location(s). Dynamic monitoring of all SNMP compliant devices provides graphical alerts to our Network Control Centre or where appropriate, direct input of incident data directly to our CMS (Call Management System-Conversant). Conversant automatically creates a system generated call that determines SLA coverage, the severity of the call, the service provider, sending the call onto triage and/or repair attendance.
